About the event
Join us once a month on Saturdays for an energetic and mindful fitness experience! Each month, a different activity led by a different instructor awaits. The cost is $35 per month, and membership includes water, towel, and most necessary workout equipment. We recognized a need for a supportive community for people who may feel intimidated by traditional gym settings but are eager to prioritize their health and fitness. All are welcome!
