Monica Warr is a Washington DC native with many years of experience as a dancer, teacher and choreographer. She has work with the youth as a dance instructor for many years in the DC public school system as well as teaching at competitive dance studios since the age of 14. Monica has studied at top studios to include Broadway Dance Center, Millennium Dance Complex, Debbie Reynolds and The Edge.


Monica has danced and toured for established recording artist such as: Diddy, Monica, Dr Dre for beats by Dre , Nina Sky, Tabi Bonney, Lil Mo and many others. She has been privileged to work for top choreographers such as: Laurie Ann Gibson, Rhapsody, Zach Woodlee, JR Taylor, Eboni Nicoles, Ann Fletcher, Jamal Sims and Divyne Stephens just to name a few. Monica has performed as a principal dancer on MTV's Video Music Awards. With an extensive dance and entertainment background, she's had the privileged to work along side Beyonce's Creative Director Kim Burse as a dancer and assistant choreographer. 


Monica has traveled all over the world to places such as The Netherlands, Germany, Iceland and many others to show her talent as a successful dancer and choreographer. Monica has appeared on networks such as: MTV, BET, TV One and the Touchstone picture "STEP UP" and the motion picture “Bolden”. She is the Founder/Artistic Director of WARR Dance Company. Her dance company has caught the attention of FOX NEWS, The Ellen Show, Essence Magazine and many others. Monica’s WARRGIRL Productions aims to serve as the leading platform for dancers, choreographers and industry professionals by providing training workshops, showcases, network support, choreography and artist development.
